Bhuyan tribe is appear in only eastern part of INDIA.and belonging from indeginious community. Generally Bhuyan tribe lives in bank of rivers and hill side because they get profit from river and hill suitable to do cultivation.Their occupation is cultivation.The advantages of living hill side is easyly collect forest product from forest.This society is schedule tribe.They are living majority in western part of orissa state,some part in jharkhand state,few part in chhatisgarh state,few people of bhuyan live in west bangal state and Assam state.but there is no link and similarity in tradition and culture between bhuyan people are living in assam and sum of other state.
